The Giver Of Life Declaration (G.O.L.D.) Rights and Principles
The expiration of old legal frameworks and Maritime/Admiralty charters has created a legal void. This necessitates a new understanding of inherent rights and their integration into contracts under Universal Natural Law
The disappearance of traditional legal bodies renders most legal precedents irrelevant. However, it remains crucial to declare the application of human rights during contracting. To address this, three fundamental standards were developed to provide a baseline for global restoration, as current environments pose risks to all individuals.
G.O.L.D. Standards simplify contracts and standardize terms, delivery, custody, and remedy. These living documents will be refined as C.A.R.E. develops.
