The purpose behind the Notice to Source is to petition for the ratification of the entire cooperative entity of Center for Restoration Coordination Global Cooperative as a living organic sentient intelligence built upon a mandate to build a pathway for Humanity of out the grasp of the old matrix with an organization of individuals that truly comprehend the magnitude of the task at hand.
The Notice to Source also puts forward our pledge to these tasks as temporary placeholders for those who will also join in the collective Mission and Vision of CRC.
