Coordinators Personnel Plan
In the initial stages of creating the organization, we determined in our mind mapping how The People are the core of everything we intend to do. Looking at the organization from the Mission to Vision, to the value propositions we wish to bring forward, as well as our decentralized approach to coordination, it was essential to view our personnel plan on a global scale.
By assessing the deliverables of each Coordinator in their role of transition and restoration, we developed a personnel plan that can accommodate a role for many who want to be a part of setting the scene for planetary makeover on a Global collaborative basis.
